Founder: Pramod Thaz
Pramod has spent more than 25 years in institutional real estate and investment management, at GE Capital Real Estate, the Irvine Company, USAA Real Estate and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. He has underwritten complex equity, debt and non-performing loan transactions, run portfolio management for a large apartment platform, and led performance measurement for a multi-asset pension trust. Today he combines that operator's view with hands-on AI engineering: he designs Grafolio's agent solutions and builds Meridian himself. He is a CAIA charterholder, CFA L3 Candidate with an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology.
